Thank you Barclays Commuity football fund

Our Chairman Nicky O’Connor is delighted to have been informed that Plough Colts Football Club has been awarded a grant from the Barclays Community Football Fund, delivered in partnership with Sported.

The Barclays Community Football Fund offers grants, training and support resources to help reduce inequalities in the participation of football. The fund supports local organisations (like ours) supporting young people from under-represented groups to start or keep playing!

Sported is a charity which delivers expertise, resources and vital support to clubs and groups that use sport and physical activity to make a positive impact on young people – and on our communities – throughout the UK.

We are very excited for the future project we have envisioned.
